ANNOUNCING KIDZ PRAISE @ 2nd

PARENTS OF CHILDREN AGES  4,5,6, And Grades 2-5


KIDz Praise is a concentrated and eclectic program of creative arts for children (Ages 4,5,6) and Grades 2-5.

As an arm of the Music Ministry at Second Presbyterian Church, KIDz Praise is mainly designed to compliment the new 2nd Street KIDz  Serve  curriculum, where children will be exposed to a week-to-week rotating menu of music/choir, beginning handchimes/bells, Orff, art, and drama. The goal of this model is to involve and prepare children to be lifelong participants in the music ministry of the church. Provisions will also be made for 6th graders with musical aptitude to be involved where applicable in specific areas.

WHEN:  Begins September 16 with the Wednesday Night program @ 6:15 PM – following the supper.  Be watching for more details and get your child involved this year!

WED. SEPT. 2 – Music Ministry Picnic 6:00 PM for (Chancel Choir, Joy Choir, Chancel Ringers, 9 AM Praise Team, Wed. Night Kidz Praise Leaders – spouses, guests & friends also welcome.
Hosted by Dr. Coy Freeman -  catered by Calhoun’s.  Cost is $12 per person.  Please RSVP to Pam or Julie by Monday Aug. 31st.

WED. SEPT. 9 – Rehearsal @ 6:30

SUN. SEPT 13  – New2 Worship Services (will be wearing new robes!)
