  • Horizon Bible Study:   Journey Through Revelation: Apocalyptic Hope for Today. In the 2010–2011 Horizons Bible study, Journeys through Revelation: Apocalyptic Hope for Today, Barbara Rossing guides us on a journey to meet the crucified Lamb, Jesus. In a journey reminiscent of the ancient Israelites’ exodus from slavery, we are led from an unjust empire and its system of domination, through mythic battles and plagues, until, ultimately, we find ourselves in a renewed creation where God comes to live with us on earth. This brilliantly hope filled vision speaks to us in the midst of the urgent crises of our day. In a time when all of creation stands at a turning point, a kairos moment, Revelation can help guide the choices we make each day as we seek to live into the renewal that God has for the whole world. This study will be led by Glenda Wolfe
  • The Life and Letters of Paul This in-depth study explores its key theological concepts: salvation, spirituality, righteousness, discipleship, and more. Historical, archaeological, and geographic information establishes the cultural context of Paul's writing.   Led by Margaret Bull
  • Study of the book:  Having a Mary Spirit In Having a Mary Spirit, Weaver, author of the bestseller Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World, directs your gaze past your own shortcomings to the God who stands ready, willing, and able to make a new woman out of you. She equips you with biblical insights and practical tools to partner with Christ, inviting him into the hidden places of your soul and giving him full permission to redeem and renovate. Drawing on the stories of biblical Marys and others whose experience with God transformed their lives, Weaver shows how you can find the hope, healing, wholeness, and joy your heart longs for. Includes a 12-week Bible study for both individual reflection and group discussion.   Led by Liz Peebles and Rachel Hallam

Choose which study you would like and contact Bettye Gilreath, Reba Anderson, or the church office to sign up or for more information on Presbyterian Women.
