Sunday School is open to everyone!
Our Sunday School classes are from 10:05am – 10:50am in between our two services.
Adult Sunday School Classes 10:05 – 10:50am:
Pastor’s Class - formerly the Forum Class. This class will be taught by Rev. Bryan Wilson and Dr. Bill Barron. We are doing a six week study (started on June 6th). This is a video & discussion of John Ortberg’s “God is Closer Than You Think”. We meet in the Chapel. Contact Dick Sterchi.
Couples Class – Seven steps to a healthy and vibrant marriage for couples in their 20’s and 30’s. Lead Contacts: Mike and Paula Harris, Jim and Ann Wallace, and Amy Harpole. We meet in the Library Fireside Room.
Adult Bible Discovery Class, Rm. 227–Contact: Arvilee & Helen Grant. The class uses as its study guide THE PRESENT WORD which is published quarterly by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Currently a monthly study on the leaders of the Old Testament and then the book of Mark.
Faith, Science & the Future, Rm. 229 – Contact: Bill Oliphant. Presentation and discussion of issues of religious faith, scientific knowledge and the future of the universe as relevant to our continuing search for understanding of the kingdom of God.
Inquisitive Christians Class, Rm. 205 – Contact: Kevin Miller. A Discussion-based class for all ages. Current study: The Book of Acts
Theology Class, Rm. 56 – Contact: Jeanne Ridley. An in-depth discussion on classical and modern theologians.
Bo’s Bunch – An interactive Bible study great for College & Young Adults and anyone new new to Second. meets in the Parlor – Contact Bo Shafer. Please join us!!

ELEMENTARY:
Summer comes to 2nd Street! The kids have spoken! You want more classes with kids your own age – you got it! This summer, we’ll be having 2 Small Group classes.
Rising Kindergarden – 2nd Grade: Meet in Room 104-105 at 10am. At 10:30 children will go to 2nd Street in the Fellowship Hall. Your family can pick you up in the Fellowship Hall. NOTE: Rising kindergardeners will be in this class, starting this week.
Rising 3rd – 5th Grade: Meet in Room 110 at 10am. At 10:30 children will go to 2nd Street in the Fellowship Hall. Rising 3rd-5th graders will be dismissed from the Fellowship Hall.
